My name is Tim Tyler, 53 years old, professional woodworker, cabinet and furniture maker since 1978. Through the years I have owned and operated a custom cabinet shop and a hardwood flooring company and currently I work as a finish carpenter for high-end custom homes here in Western Colorado. Our projects include some of Colorado's premier homes in such places as Aspen and Telluride.

I started using Festool tools some years ago when the demand for higher quality tools became a necessity in my work. I needed more durability and more consistent accuracy to accomplish those demanding standards of excellence that are now required in all phases of woodworking.

Currently, I live in Montrose, Co. and I enjoy snowboarding(if I can afford a lift ticket), motorcycles(there is only one - H.D.), flying and anything that gets me into those beautiful San Juan mountains. I have been married to my wife for 33 years, we have two grown daughters and one granddaughter.
